We only stayed for one night, but the property was comfortable, spacious, and a great fit for our group of seven. We had a minor issue with one of the TV remotes, and the host was incredibly responsive, bringing us a replacement within an hour. Excellent hospitality and a very comfortable stay. We would definitely stay here again!

We travel between Colorado and Arizona frequently and prefer to break up the trip with an overnight stay. This is the first time we stayed here, but will booking it again when traveling with family and friends. This listing works great for us for several reasons; being pet friendly (clean yard and a large place to romp), plenty of off street parking, nice neighborhood and close to everything.

Beautiful home in a really nice neighborhood with stunning views of the Sandias. Comfortable beds and couches. Nice to be able to park in a garage! River trail was very easy to access, and very nice. We very much enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Might want to add some baking essentials such as a casserole dish and something for biscuits. A simple can opener is very useful. And pot holders would be helpful. Otherwise, I loved the house. Absolutely perfect!

We were very satisfied with everything about this house. It was clean and very comfortable. Although we only stayed one night, this home would be ideal for a longer stay with plenty of room. The host had snacks, bottled water and coffee available which was a nice touch. Nice location in a quiet neighborhood. We will not hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend.

Nice and comfortable home. Plenty of room for six adults. Only complaint was no lamps in the bedrooms. Would highly recommend this place. You get exactly as you see on the site.
