The ‘Sunny’ holiday apartment is on the holiday island Fehmarn by the beautiful south beach between the yacht harbour Burgtiefe and the long, interesting south beach promenade that invites you to go on a relaxing walk.

The living room opens onto the generous furnished balcony facing south-west invites you to sunbathe and to admire romantic sunsets with a view of the Baltic Sea and the south beach. There is a free indicated car parking space for your own exclusive use in front of the house. The house has a lift, so the apartment on the second floor is easy to get to even with heavy luggage. There is a bicycle storage room on the ground floor.

The two-room apartment measures 49m² for four people and comprises a living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and balcony. It was newly renovated in 2016 and newly furnished, including a new built-in kitchen, new dining space, living room with a new comfortable sofa bed, a new 40” flatscreen TV, Wi-Fi etc. The apartment is fitted with convection heaters for quick heating. It has antiallergenic laminate and tiled flooring. The generous living room with a dining space has a large window front towards the balcony and is therefore very light and inviting. The living room provides a big new sofa bed (160 x 200cm) as a supplementary bed, as well as cable TV, a Blu-ray/DVD player, stereo system. The bedroom has a big double bed (180 x 200cm, 7-zone sprung mattresses), two bedside tables, a shoe cupboard, a dresser and a 30” flatscreen cable TV. There are four duvets and four pillows. You can bring your own bed linen, towels and tea towels, or book them at a supplementary charge. The new kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave-oven, fridge with freezer compartment, four-ring ceramic hob, coffee machine, toaster, egg boiler, cooking utensils, kettle, crockery etc. The modern tiled bathroom has a shower bath, a modern wall-mounted WC and plenty of storage space, a towel radiator, hairdryer and makeup mirror.

It is about 80 metres from the beach. Practically on the doorstep you can find the Burgtiefe yacht harbour with its beautiful harbour promenade with a little shop, launderette, café, restaurant (Sailors Inn), motorboat and bicycle rentals etc. The beach promenade with the FehMare leisure pool (pool with waves, sauna, waterfall and water slide), a bakery, restaurants, cafes etc. is about 80 metres away. The centre of the island, the town Burg with all its shops, restaurants, supermarkets and the lovely film theatre is about 3km away.

The apartment is suitable for children (children’s DVDs, crockery, games). Long-term rentals are welcome. The apartment is not suitable for wheelchair users. It is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.
