About this property

Close to Court St. and Ohio University, 2 Bedroom, 1.5 Bath, House, Great Porch

Fully furnished with everything but you, entire house steps from North Court Street in student area. Fabulous front porch with seating, 2 tight off street parking spaces, will not fit your extended pick-up truck but there is limited street parking. Full gourmet kitchen with full size appliances, dishes, pots, pans, etc. Gourmet gas stove. Do to code restrictions, we can only rent a minimum of 28 days length and 2 unrelated people or a family of any size. 2 bedrooms, 1 king, 1 queen with bedding. Living room has a twin daybed and a queen roll out couch.
Back small deck and tiny yard. Sorry, pet free. Brand new stacked full size washer and dryer, free to use. Dining room table will hold 6 for dinner and games. Great place at a great price!
Gigantic carpeted living room with pocket pool table and flat screen Roku tv (bring your passwords) and free WiFi. Self check in with electronic lock.
It is possible to tour this house with an appointment if it is unoccupied.
