The bright holiday flat with a maritime flair is approx. 50m² in size and offers space for up to four people. The cosy living room with its seating and satellite TV invites you to linger. The sofa can also be used as sleeping accommodation for two people. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with all important kitchen utensils and plenty of crockery. There is also a dishwasher, electric cooker, coffee machine, Senseo, kettle and toaster. In the bright separate bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe, you can recharge your batteries after an eventful day. The modern bathroom with walk-in shower and WC also leaves nothing to be desired. The flat has a WLAN connection.

From the living room, you can reach the thatched-roof balcony, which invites you to relax with its south-east exposure, rattan balcony furniture and parasol. There is a car parking space and a room for bicycles in the underground car park. There is also a communal washing machine and tumble dryer in the building. The beautifully maintained garden is shared by all residents of the house. A special feature is the wellness area attached to the house with three saunas, relaxation tubs, relaxation room, showers and much more. Use of the area is already included in the rental price.

Our extraordinary wellness area invites you to a special experience. Since 2024, our newly designed Kneipp area has been open alongside a 95-degree sauna, infrared cabin and steam bath. To finish off, enjoy the rain showers. A large relaxation room with wellness loungers invites you to relax after the events.
