We have always loved boating and being on a lake. When this property became available, we were so excited to make it our home.
What makes this property unique
The home is located on 132 feet of shoreline on Otsego lake. We are on the West side of the lake in a little bay. It makes for calmer waves and not as much wind as the east side. Close to town and amenities.
We have remodeled the home and put in air, a hot tube and generator. Gourmet kitchen and new bathrooms.
Fire pit on the lake so you can sit and watch the stars. We love it.
