Be in the heart of Oakwood, walk to Person Street, take a stroll through the Historic Oakwood cemetery, & bring your fur baby! The Porch Parlor is waiting.There is also a shared backyard with the other units that is fully fenced so you can bring your fur baby or take a stroll through the neighborhood as it’s extremely walkable and very pet friendly!

We are just 3 minutes away from Person Street, downtown Raleigh Moore Square! Close to red hat, theater, and Moore! 5 minutes to Mordecai, and 10 minutes to the village District, ,440 NC State and Hillsborough Ave! 15 minutes to the Lenovo Center area/ and the State fairgrounds, and Only 18-20 minutes from the airport so making this location highly desirable! As we are close to everything!

We really loved the location of the apartment. It was very walkable to restaurants, bars, stores, etc. A very nice neighborhood full of beautiful homes. The bed was so comfortable. Clean linens were plentiful. Our only complaints were a leaky kitchen sink drain that limited how much we could run the water, a wobbly shower head that made it difficult to shower and a slow bathroom sink drain. These problems are easily fixable and probably are done already. The apartment was very sweet and convenient and reasonably priced.
