Came for a week from March 14th to the 21st, first time in Florida didn't know what to expect, the host Sebastiano was very responsive and helpful, check in was easy, the house was great, very clean, Roku smart TVs in every room, the location is great, short drive away from many beaches, above and beyond my expectations. 100% would come back and highly recommend!! Thank you again!

Place was not how it looked in the pics. I have several pics of what it actually looks like. Place is outdated looked like someone bought the place slapped some paint on it took some wide angle pics and listed it. Paint was literally slopped on looked like a 3yr old did the painting. Windows did not work, all the cranks on them were broke. The window in the master bath shower had no crank and if you pushed on it, it would open right up. Anyone from the outside could just pull it right open. Allso the lighting on the mirror in the master bath was nothing more then a open light socket with a led bulb in it. Definitely not osha aproved lighting for a bath. In the master bed room there was a big crack along the floor that actually had a plant growing out of the wall into the room. Had several spiders in the house that i had to kill. It was so bad we ended up leaving a day early.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear that you did not appreciate what is normally considered a clean and comfortable home. One of the main highlights of the property is the large backyard, and being in Florida, it is not unusual for the occasional insect to find its way inside despite regular cleaning and maintenance. During your stay, you never contacted me to report any of these concerns, and I would have been happy to address them promptly. I am also unsure about the plant you mentioned, as this has never been reported before and the property has consistently received excellent reviews. That said, we always welcome constructive suggestions and will certainly look into the points you raised. I would also like to note that, according to our records, you checked out as scheduled. Unfortunately, we must add that the property was left in poor condition after your departure, and for this reason, we would not be able to host you again in the future.
