The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please gather all used towels and leave in the tub. Please strip the used beds and leave the stripped bedding outside each room. Any bed that wasn’t used please leave the bed made.
Please take out trash/recycling and place in the appropriate bins located outside the garage.
Please turn off all the lights and lock the front door. Exit out the back door and locking.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet times are between 10pm and 6am. City and code enforcement requirements.
To use the treadmill, you must sign off on a waiver form. Please inquire with property manager.

Very cute house with lots of charm. Close to excel center and downtown St. Paul. Owner was great with communication. My dogs loved the fenced in yard. Would definitely stay here again!

Very responsive, helpful and extremely accommodating host. He went above and beyond to make us feel at home, offered toys for my kids to play with and left us snacks.The place was clean, comfortable, roomy and just as described. Would definitely stay again!
