Charming Cottage secluded and minutes to Mayo Beach and Downtown Wellfleet

Get ready to relax in this 2-bedroom cottage in Wellfleet. (This is a two level home with stairs.) Guests will find two cozy queen bedrooms perfect for a restful night. The cottage features two bathrooms, AC in every room. Step inside this enchanting retreat and enjoy a serene atmosphere that invites you to unwind. With its wonderful blend of comfort and charm, it’s easy to see why you’ll be able to relax and recharge at our place. It is set in the forest but a short walk to Mayo Beach and downtown. Lots of space around the house. We have a fire pit for small little s'more moments and Bocce for that mellow evening outback. There is space for two cars and places for the kids to run or the adults to just hang or a bit of all the above- including a lovely outdoor shower off the deck.
The open first floor plan with all new appliances and loads of windows makes you feel like your in a tree house. All modern but lovingly decorated with charm and comfort and ease. Huge sofa and reclining leather chair makes looking out into the forest with the HVAC a beautiful thing after a hot day. There is a Sonos sound system for your music pleasure.

Downstairs are the 2 bedrooms, the larger with sliding doors leading out to the yard. The other has 3 large windows looking out to the forest. There is also a washer dryer on this level as well as storage for towels and extra linens. There is a small half bath on this floor. (This is a walkout floor onto the yard and the fire pit.)

This is home is best suited for our small family or romantic get away. It's approx. 980 sq. feet but we use every bit. Our neighbors we love and respect and we expect our tenants to do the same. It's a great walk anywhere from our house. A very short drive or walk to the market and all beaches. It's really magical and we are happy to share this summer with our guests.

Conveniently located, our home is only .4 miles from Mayo Beach and The Bookstore Restaurant, .4 miles to Powers Landing Beach, only .9 miles from the center of Wellfleet town, 1.8 miles from Great Island, .6 miles from Chequessett Yacht Club and Café, and 2.7 miles from Duck Harbor. Wellfleet is an “artsy” town with many galleries, shops and restaurants. Plus, it is an easy drive to Truro and Provincetown!

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
