Step outside to enjoy a shaded patio with outdoor living furnture, dining table, private hot tub, fire pit, and a welcoming front porch with rocking chairs. Set on 5 acres along the Palisade Fruit & Wine Byway, the property offers sweeping vineyard and mountain views from nearly every window, creating a peaceful and scenic retreat.

From this central location, enjoy wine tasting at nearby wineries, hiking, road or mountain biking, orchard and lavender farm visits, paddleboarding on the Colorado River, exploring the Grand Mesa National Forest or the Colorado National Monument, skiing at Powderhorn Mountain Resort and more! After a full day, return home to stargaze under the clear Western Slope skies and unwind with a soak in the hot tub.

The home is conveniently located 10 minutes from downtown Palisade and 15 minutes from downtown Grand Junction, with wineries just minutes away.

Please note: the home is located on an active vineyard and newly planted plum orchard. Guests may see or hear occasional farm activity during their stay, such as pruning, mowing, or harvest operations.

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Please read hot tub instructions carefully (posted by the master bedroom door and found in house manual) to prevent damage and additional charges.
Please clean the grill after use.
Do not wander into property on the south side of the vineyard with the peach trees or to the neighboring properies to east and west.

Amazing host and amazing home! Annie accommodated to all of our needs for our trip, the place was super nice and clean and was also in the middle of plenty of super fun wineries! The next time I’m in Palisades, I will be staying there again!!

New build on a vineyard with 360 views - including Mt. Garfield and the Bookcliffs as well as the Grand Mesa National Forest. Front porch with rocking chairs, lots of outdoor living with a pergola, and hot tub! Spacious interior with 2 living areas and 3 full baths. Fully stocked kitchen with double oven and induction stovetop.
