Have not found a B and B with as amazing of location! Wonderful views of the Lord's Gorgeous Southwest Handiwork! The yard and acreage is lush, and the home spacious and well- appointed. We hope to stay here again in near future.
We absolutely loved the house. The views from the house are amazing. We grilled outside every night and enjoyed the patio. It was exactly what we needed.Thank you for a wonderful stay.Dee P. (Lakewood, Co)
Beautiful location with lots of birds, and a well appointed kitchen, comfortable beds, and a fun vibe over all made this house a place we want to revisit.
Lovely home in a nice neighborhood. Kitchen was very well stocked, was easy to cook and bake for our family of 8 due to amenities. Views are amazing. Many upgrades throughout the house.
The property was very spacious with plenty of room to spread out. The appliances were new and worked well. There was ample condiments, spices and supplies like aluminum foil available which made eating at home easy. The kitchen cabinets are outdated but didn't detract from the stay. The work area was large with a nice counter space The bathrooms are dated and could use an overhaul. The master bathroom only has a bathtub with no shower head and no separate shower. For the price of the stay I would have liked an updated master bath. Shampoo, conditioner, soap, lotion, kleenex were all supplied which was appreciated. The views from the property were fantastic. Although one of the large trees basically blocks the view of the national monument from the family area windows and the patio. The property was a 10 minute ride to a variety of stores and restaurants. Both Fruita and Grand Junction have a lot to offer. The Colorado National Monument park was easy to access and a must see park. It was absolutely breathtaking. The lawn sprinkler system started at 8 pm. Understandable but yet kind of annoying when trying to enjoy the backyard. The hot tub was awesome and very relaxing. It was easy to get into it.The beds were comfortable. The master bed was on the firm side. The back bedroom doesn't have a door but its far enough from the main living area that it didn't cause any issues with noise/sleeping. Overall, I would recommend this place for a large family.
My family had a wonderful time at this beautiful property. The location is absolutely stunning! The house was fully stocked and very comfortable. The hottub was great where we could enjoy the beautiful views. I highly recommend this property and hope we can return another time.
Beautiful location and easy access to regional parks and attractions! Our family had a wonderful stay at this home! Life long memories were made!

The views are stunning, the grounds are well -maintained. The hot tub was in good order and large, the kitchen was well equipped and the appliances were modern and operating well. However, the bathrooms and Bedrooms were dusty, the carpet had areas that needed better vacuuming throughout the home. The bathrooms were outdated (I suppose that's why there were no photos of the bathrooms.) The bathroom in the Primary bedroom does not have a shower or a shower curtain to contain any water from splashing out. The owners took 3 days to respond to my first inquiry, and did not respond to my second message until the VRBO representative left messages for them. The living room area was spacious with comfortable furnishings, but the beds were hard.
Great, unique house for a family stay with an awesome kitchen plenty of toddler friendliness. Not to mention the location is stunning. We also appreciated the holiday decorations, such a nice touch.
Our stay was wonderful. The house was clean and very comfortable. The beds were comfortable. The views were beautiful. Being so close to my relatives made it so much more special. We had a wonderful stay.
