The 60m² holiday apartment is situated in Vinisce and is right by the sea. Vinisce is a little Dalmatian village in a beautiful bay between Primošten and Trogir.
The accommodation with a modern and tasteful interior is on the first floor. It has three bedrooms, two of which are furnished with a French bed (140 x 200cm), the third with a kingsize bed (160 x 200cm). The living room has a sofa. The open kitchen provides access to the 30m² terrace that invites you to relax. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances for cooking and baking. After cooking, the dishwasher takes over the rest of the work, so you can enjoy a relaxing meal. The coffee and tea machine (filter or espresso), the toaster and kettle ensure that breakfast gets off to a good start. As the fridge also has a freezer compartment, groceries can be stored optimally. The two bathrooms are fully fitted. All the rooms have underfloor heating and the living and dining room also has air conditioning. You can use Wi-Fi free of charge.
You can arrive by car, as two parking spaces are available. The terrace, accessed from the kitchen and one of the bedrooms, is roofed and has quality furniture, with a sea view to round it off. You can enjoy the evening there with a good meal after spending the day on the beach.
The owner lives on the ground-floor apartment of the house and is available to assist with any queries. It is possible to hire boats directly from the owner for a fee.
Vinisce is known for its many little bays with pebble and stone beaches, inviting you to take a dip. Strolls by the sea are a special experience. You can explore the coastal area and the nearby islands by boat. The rich underwater world is ideal for diving and fishing. You can enjoy local specialities in the various restaurants. A post office, some grocery shops, the bakery and some cafes can be found near the apartment about 300 metres away.
