We had an enjoyable stay at the home. The rental was well equipped with what we needed. There was an issue: we paid 145.00 extra to have the pool heated - it was at 70 degrees. The heater never worked. Yes, we were refunded but we only booked the home because of the pool. Please make sure you call ahead to ensure the heater is working.

A few days in FL

The house was well-appointed, and the communication with the management team was helpful. The pool heater was NOT working and remained at 70 degrees - we rented this home purposely for the pool. The management team did renturn the additional "pool heater fee." To future renters: please make sure the pool heater works and your desired temperature is set and agreed to prior to your visit.
