Sehr schöne, geräumige Ferienwohnung in sehr guter Lage (max. 5 Minuten vom Strand oder Einkaufsmöglichkeiten entfernt), trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Perfekt ausgestattet mit Allem was man braucht, sehr sauber. Mit schönem Balkon und Parkplatz hinterm Haus. Werden wir wieder buchen!

Das Bad ist - baubedingt - recht klein ausgefallen, ein gewisses Maß an Mobilität ist dort gefordert. -> ein Punkt Abzug Lage: ausgezeichnet; quasi Mühlenpark vor, Storchenpark hinter dem Haus; kurzer Weg zur Promenade -> volle Punktzahl Preis/Leistung: angemessen -> volle Punktzahl Sauberkeit: Die Reinigungsleistung von KAYA ist bemerkenswert gut -> volle Punktzahl Service vor Ort: Im Vorfeld sehr gut mittels APP begleitet. Sehr gut fanden wir wieder die telefonische Benachrichtigung, dass die Wohnung zur Übergabe bereit ist. Sehr netter persönlicher Kontakt bei Schlüsselübergabe und -rückgabe; mehr war glücklciherweise nicht erforderlich: Vom Vorjahr wissen wir, dass KAYA immer ansprechbar und auf rasche Abhilfe von Missständen eingerichtet ist. -> Volle Punktzahl Weiterempfehlen? Ja, ganz sicher für eine oder zwei Personen ohne Mobilitätsbeschränkungen. Wir würden die Wohnung erneut buchen.

Die Wohnung war schön aber das Haus für uns viel zu hellhörig. Man konnte den Fernseher von oben hören und beim Staubsaugen oben dachte man, die rücken Möbel um. Das hat uns nicht gefallen.
