The unit stays comfortable year-round thanks to heating and air conditioning. After a day of exploring sunny Oceanside, guests can freshen up in one of the two full-size bathtubs. ~ Master Bedroom features a California King bed with a 60-inch smart TV and a cozy fireplace to snuggle up to. Included is a spacious bathroom with a large shower and a separate tub for relaxing. Enjoy the scenic views of Oceanside's coast on your own private balcony with automatic black out shades for optimal rest. The in-suite walk-in closet provides plenty of room for luggage, clothes and accessories.

~ Bedroom 1 & 2 feature a comfortable California King bed with a 50-inch smart TV in each room, perfect for movies after spending the day exploring Oceanside. Each room comes with its own closet and storage space, while both rooms share a common bathroom, which is equipped with a shower-bath, toilet, sink, and all essential toiletries.

Kitchen & Living Room:
~ Met with a large smart TV and a fireplace, the living room is great for spending time with family or unwinding after an eventful day. All TVs are preloaded with your favorite streaming apps and simply require your login to begin watching. Additionally, a selection of board games is provided to facilitate game-night fun
Stocked with stainless steel appliances, the kitchen is well-equipped for all sorts of cooking and baking. Utensils, cutlery, pots, pans, and all of the spices you'd find in your home are all provided.

~ Oceanside's finest attractions are just walking distance from North Myers. The Oceanside Pier, beach, Strand, and Amphitheatre are just minutes from the doorstep.
~ On Thursdays, there is a Farmer's Market at 9 AM - 1 PM on Pier View Way, which is followed by the Sunset Market at 5 PM - 9 PM. These are unforgettable events featuring culinary treats, live music, merchandise, entertainment, and art.
~ The Oceanside Harbor, featuring the iconic "OCEANSIDE" sign, is only 1 mile away and includes 9 restaurants and an ice cream shop. Most importantly, Oceanside's extravagant sunsets are best viewed from the harbor.
