Why they chose this property

As a co-host, I chose this location because it gives you the true Hampton Beach experience without the downsides that sometimes come with being right in the middle of everything. I wanted a place where you can easily walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops, but still come home to a quieter, more relaxed space. Perkins Avenue felt like the perfect balance—close to the ocean and all the fun, yet tucked away enough to feel comfortable and livable. It’s the kind of spot where you can enjoy busy beach days and still have a peaceful place to recharge, which is exactly what I wanted to offer guests.

What makes this property unique

I love 16B Perkins Avenue because it captures everything I personally look for in a beach getaway. It’s close enough to the ocean that I can walk to the sand in minutes, but just far enough away to feel calm and comfortable at the end of the day. A lot of care into making this space welcoming, easy, and relaxing—somewhere you can come back to after the beach, rinse off, and unwind. Being able to start the morning with a short walk to the water and end the evening enjoying the quieter side of Hampton Beach is what makes this place so special to me, and I’m excited to share that experience with you.
