The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Return the golf cart to the garage and plug it in; return the golf cart key If the cooler in the garage has been used, please empty and clean it out
Wash the sand off of any of our beach items (chairs, wagon, toys, etc) that you borrowed before putting them away in the garage Sign out of TVs if you used any streaming services
** If it is a Sunday evening check out-- Please help us by moving the trash bin to the shower enclosure on Sunday evenings so that pickup can take place Monday morning.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
A golf cart addendum will be provided upon booking, which will need to be signed and completed at least 48 hours prior to arrival.
No tampering with the exterior security cameras or ring doorbell camera at any time; Violators end up with a cancelled reservations
No persons under the age of 25 may reserve this --------, violation will result in cancelled reservation.

Best VRBO stay ever! The house was super clean. The amenities, supplies and extra beach gear were superb and much appreciated. The golf cart was awesome to have available and really helped make the stay extra enjoyable for the whole family. The host was great and super responsive to any questions. The pools and the easy secluded beach access were amazing! Easy checkout instructions also. If I was ever going to own a VRBO and wanted to make it as perfect as possible, I would make it like this home! Really, just the best VRBO ever!!!

Our stay in Port St. Joe was absolutely incredible! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The place was spotless, beautifully set up, and had everything we needed to feel right at home.The location was perfect—peaceful, relaxing, and just a short distance from the beach. Waking up and being so close to the water made the whole trip feel like a true getaway. The atmosphere of the area is exactly what you want if you're looking to unwind without the crowds.The home itself was well-maintained and thoughtfully designed. You can tell a lot of care went into making sure guests have a great experience. Comfortable beds, great layout, and plenty of space—it worked perfectly for our family.Overall, this was one of the best trips we’ve had. We left already talking about coming back. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay in Port St. Joe!
