The house features a spacious lawn with shrubs and trees lining the public walkways. There is no car traffic, and private parking is available. The partially covered terrace faces south and is equipped with patio furniture, lounge chairs, and umbrellas. Your holiday home is arranged on two levels. On the ground floor is the combined living room and bedroom, including the entryway, bathroom, and kitchen. A washing machine and dishwasher are also provided. A spiral staircase leads to the two separate bedrooms and closets. This house with a pitched roof is furnished to accommodate up to 6 people; it is very well-maintained and tastefully furnished. You can expect a fully renovated bathroom with high-quality fixtures. Cots and board games are provided.<br><br><br>The Damper Area: Ostseebad Damp is located between Eckernförde Bay and the Schlei, an attractive area for sailors and all water sports enthusiasts. The central location in Schwansen, as it is known here, is an ideal starting point for exploring activities in the Damper area.
