beds were super comfortable & the house was only 15 minutes from downtown san diego which was exactly what we were there for! It was super fun for a group of friends being all together for a birthday weekend- would definitely book again
It was a good price and clean. The threatening about the carpet was why it did not earn 5 stars.

Thank you for stay with us! You were a great guest and are welcome back. Unfortunately all guests are not a conscientious as you are. Thus, we make our expectations plain so we can keep the home to the standards that guests like you deserve. Nobody wants a gross carpet.
Spacious home, very dated like photos show accurately, quiet and relaxed neighborhood and yard, suited our family well for a few days while we visited our daughter at SDSU. Rebeca was very responsive and took care of a concern we had right away.
