About this property
Modern Mountain Escape w/ Views, Hot Tub & Fireplace
If you’re looking for a place that feels like a true mountain getaway — not just a place to sleep — this is it.
This newly built, two-level cabin was designed around the view. Massive windows flood the space with natural light, framing the Smokies from nearly every angle. Inside, clean modern finishes meet warm wood tones, creating a space that feels elevated, cozy, and effortless the moment you walk in.
Spend your evenings gathered around the electric fireplace upstairs, then step outside to the deck where a private hot tub, fire table, and outdoor seating let you soak in the mountain air. Mornings are best with coffee in hand, watching the mountains wake up through walls of glass.
Downstairs, the game room offers a pool table and another comfortable space to unwind, with direct access to the lower level. With two king bedrooms, two full bathrooms plus a half bath, and thoughtful separation across levels, the cabin is perfectly sized for couples, friends, or a small family.
Located on the quieter edge of Gatlinburg, you’re just 4.5 miles from Ripley’s Aquarium and downtown attractions — close enough for easy access, far enough to enjoy peace, privacy, and mountain views.
This is not a party house. It’s a place to slow down, reconnect, and actually enjoy where you’re staying.
**Magnolia Vacation Rentals is not liable for any disruptions, damages, or cancellations caused by acts of God or weather-related events. In accordance with health and safety regulations, all hot tubs are drained, sanitized, and refilled between guest stays. As a result, the hot tub may require additional time to reach optimal temperature and may not be fully heated the first night of your stay. All guests are required to review and sign a renter’s agreement prior to check-in. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your reservation against unexpected changes or emergencies.**
*There is some construction going on because this is a new development. Please keep that in mind when booking.*

This was a great place to stay in Gatlinburg with wonderful views. The tickets included with our stay were a very nice addition. Only issue we had was the downstairs shower not draining very well. Other than that, everything was clean and fully stocked!
Breathtaking ViewsThis cabin is beautiful and specifically designed for short-term stays. While the construction next door was quiet and the views were spectacular, our biggest and saddest regret was choosing this cabin for the hot tub and being unable to use it.The ad does contain a disclaimer that the hot tub takes over 24 hours to heat because it is cleaned between guests. We want to warn others to read every detail of the information provided to ensure the amenities fit your timeline, especially for a single-night stay like our anniversary.

Why they chose this property
Most cabins in Gatlinburg fall into one of two categories: either they’re close to town but feel crowded and noisy — or they’re peaceful but dated and far out.
This cabin was built to avoid both.
✔ Brand-new construction with modern design and floor-to-ceiling windows ✔ Expansive mountain views without being isolated ✔ Quiet edge-of-town location just 4.5 miles from downtown Gatlinburg ✔ Perfectly sized for couples and small groups — no wasted space, no overcrowding ✔ Indoor-outdoor living with a private hot tub, fire table, and multiple decks ✔ Comfort without complexity — electric fireplace with heat, easy access, and thoughtful layout
Instead of squeezing into a massive cabin you don’t need or settling for an older one that’s lost its charm, this home offers a balanced experience: modern comfort, mountain views, and easy access to everything Gatlinburg is known for.
If you want a place that feels intentional, calm, and genuinely enjoyable to stay in — not just a basecamp — this is it.
