About the host
Hosted by Riley Baxter
My name is Riley Baxter and I am from Atlanta, Ga. I am a high school history teacher and I love spending time with my wife and 7-year-old daughter, going on bike rides, playing golf, and playing the guitar.
Why they chose this property
This property has been very special to my family for the last 30 years. My mom and dad bought the property and built the house. I love the natural beauty of the marsh, the wildlife, the tidal creek.
What makes this property unique
This home sits on a private peninsula, surrounded by tidal marsh on three sides with a creek and dock for easy water access. It’s a peaceful, rustic retreat designed for slowing down and enjoying the outdoors—swimming, kayaking, fishing, and watching wildlife right from the property. With ever-changing marsh views and the rhythms of the tides, this is a place to unplug and enjoy simple, nature-filled days rather than a resort-style stay.
