The space
This warm, updated home features 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and beautifully curated spaces across two levels—perfect for families, friend groups, girls’ trips, sports events, and extended stays.

The home offers multiple entertainment zones, including an incredible basement with a giant 87" movie TV, a cozy reclining sectional, a 55" sports bar TV, a game table, and lounge seating. The main floor living room includes a 75" TV, and the primary suite features a relaxing 65" TV for winding down at night.

Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen with open flow to the dining area, a tucked-away workspace, and a thoughtful laundry room with complimentary essentials. Bedrooms include blackout drapes, plush bedding, and ample storage, with the primary suite showcasing rich drapery, a king bed, and a cozy window seat.

Entire Home and Hot Tub are for your use. All parking is available in the front driveway, but please don't block the left side that leads to the back of the property. Property managers will come by from time to time to take trash to curb, etc.

Please deposit all trash in outdoor green bins before departure. Please load and start dishwasher. Please leave used beds unmade so housekeeping knows to provide fresh linens.
Please ensure all windows and doors are locked. To lock front door, pull handle toward you firmly to ensure it is latched. Press the lock icon on the keypad.
Please deposit all towels in bathtub, showers or the large counter in laundry room. Log out of all streaming accounts on TVs. Please turn off all lights. Please set thermostat to “Away”
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Air Conditioning and Windows Do not operate the air conditioning while exterior doors or windows are open.
No Events or Parties no unauthorized guests unless approved beforehand.
Back area of the lot and all construction equipment are off-limits to guests. Access to the outdoor property is limited to the fenced backyard.

Overall, we had a great stay at this property. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made our visit relaxing from the moment we arrived. The location was also very convenient, with shops nearby that made it easy to grab anything we needed. It’s a family-friendly place with a welcoming atmosphere that worked well for our trip. One of the best parts of our experience was Meagan—she was an excellent communicator, responsive, helpful, and made everything smooth from booking to check-out. Her hospitality really added to our positive experience. We would definitely recommend this property to other travelers.

Meagan’s place was awesome! It had everything you need to feel like you are staying at a home away from home. Meagan has thought of everything to make your stay extremely comfortable. Her place is very clean and tidy, the kitchen has everything you need for cooking, the bathrooms have all the necessary amenities, and the living areas are comfortable. I would highly recommend Meagan’s place and would stay again.
