Classic beauty. This original 1922 English Tudor has been carefully restored & located in one of Monrovia’s most sought-after North Encinitas Historical Tracts. The neighborhood is quiet, tree-lined, and a short 5min walk from downtown Myrtle! Upon entry, the living room’s brick fireplace, rich hardwood flooring, and plush sofas give a cozy and sense of warmth from home. The bedrooms are spacious and designed for comfort. Each room is equipped with a smart t.v, hangers, and ample storage.

Located just northeast of downtown Los Angeles sits the lovely small-town of Monrovia where you will find a richness of historic architecture, an abundance of nature and trails, and a vibrant downtown filled with boutique shops, cafes, restaurants, bars, theatre, and much more.

Our cleaners access the detached garage periodically for supplies. They will not enter the garage after 5pm or disturb you during your stay.

ZERO TOLERANCE POLICIES
*Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of the booking and additional fines.

NO PARTIES OR NUISANCES
We have a very strict no-party or nuisance policy in place. Immediate action will be taken if a nuisance or party is reported. Please respect the peace and privacy of our neighbors Quiet Hours 10:30 pm-7 am

BOOKED GUESTS ONLY
All guests who occupy the property must be named on the reservation details. Disregarding this rule will result in immediate booking termination.

ADDITIONAL RULES
NO SMOKING
Charges for smoke remediation & additional cleaning range from $750-$2000

NO MOVING FURNITURE
Please refrain from moving furniture, decor, and other items from the location you found them. If you move something please put it back as our cleaners will not move furniture.

NO GUEST MAIL
Guests are not allowed to use the house address to receive mail or packages.


PET RULES

$150 non-refundable pet fee if pets are on the property

We are glad you were able to bring along your pets. As fellow dog owners, we understand how difficult and costly it can be to arrange for pet sitting/boarding while away. We have put together the most essential pet items so they have what they need! We kindly ask that you review our pet rules below. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.

NO AGGRESSIVE PETS ALLOWED

NO PETS ALLOWED ON FURNITURE

PET OWNERS RESPONSIBLE FOR CLEANING UP AFTER THEIR PETS: PLEASE USE CLEANING SUPPLIES I.e lint roller, broom to clean up after your pets. Please throw pet waste in large black trash bin outside.

An additional Cleaning fee will be charged for cleaning up after your pets.

NO PET NUISANCES ALLOWED: NO EXCESSIVELY LOUD PETS ALLOWED


NO PETS LEFT UNATTENDED: We have wildlife present and neighboring properties.

NO OFF-LEASH DOGS OUTSIDE OF GATED AREA
