Vatican Penthouse with Terrace - St Peter's Dome view

Placed in one of the most central areas of the eternal city, this wonderful 160 m2 apartment is composed of a living room, a dining room, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a large terrace overlooking Saint Peter's dome; it comfortably hosts up to 8 guests.

The apartment has been completely renovated in 2013 and refurbished with both modern and original antique furniture. It is on the third and last floor of an historical building and for this reason there is no lift. Free Wi-Fi Internet is available in all parts of the apartment.

As soon as you enter, you will be fascinated by the spacious entrance and the long corridor through which you can access all areas of the property. The apt is provided with a 22sqm, which is an added value as buildings in the area usually don't have external spaces. Both from the terrace and the dining room windows you can see Via Cola di Rienzo, Piazza Risorgimento, the Vatican walls and St. Peter's dome.

The day area consists of a living room, with a double sofa bed, Satellite Tv, and a dining room with a very large table that can sit up to 10 people. A fully equipped kitchen completes the area, provided with oven, dish washer, toaster, kettle, Italian coffee maker and Nespresso coffee machine.

The night area is composed of three bedrooms: one is provided with two single beds, the other two have 2 doubled beds. The apt has 3 bathrooms, two provided with showers and one with a tub. Washing machine and dishwasher are available for our guests as well.

If needed, a single couch bed is in the dining room and can host an additional guest.

The Vatican Penhouse with Terrace was ideal for walking to visit St. Peter's Basilica,Museum and the Sistene Chapel. The accommodation was perfect for three couples and the terrance was a bonus to have. It did say it's on the third floor, and had 80 stairs to climb. We would highly recommend this location to friends and family.

We had a multigenerational group and had a great time in the apartment. The patio was excellent, rooms are comfortable, and the location makes it easy to explore Rome. The host was exceptionally helpful with setting up our transports. We would stay there again.

FANTASTIC apartment in Rome

The apartment was spacious, clean, and well furnished with a fabulous location and host. The description was accurate. There were good restaurants, markets, ATMs, and gelato within blocks and the Vatican was so close. The patio and views were added bonuses. This perfectly met the needs of our family of six adults. All our needs for space and amenities were met.

Amazing Weekend In Roma!

The Check-in and communication between Maria and myself was amazing! She was always there to help and answer any questions! The flat itself was amazing we had a group of 9 and all had our own space as well as great location for any of the Vatican activities as well as a phenomenal view of the Vatican and Saint Peter’s Dome! Would highly recommend this place for anyone interested in exploring this area of Roma!

Great location

Great apartment and Maria and her daughter were extremely accommodating. Rome was extremely hot in August but the air conditioning in the home was great so it didn't bother us at night. Walking distance to the Vatican with a number of good restaurants near by as well as a large taxi stand close by. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Great family unit near vatican

Comfortable and spacious apt for wife and I and our 3 adult children. Its nicely equipped and the host was so helpful with setting up car service to and from the airport. No elevator was no issue to do the stairs to the 3rd floor.

We so enjoyed our stay in Rome and it was made all the better with such a beautiful apartment to stay in. The location was wonderful, the apartment was clean and spacious and the view of the Vatican could not be beat! Wonderful Apartment

What a fabulous apartment in a great location! It is in such close proximity to The Vatican (and Museum), restaurants, shops and the taxi line is just across the street. The apartment itself is spacious and lovely with everything you could want - including air conditioning! And Maria and Camilla could not have been any nicer. Trip of a lifetime!

We had such an amazing time in Rome and the apartment size, location and host experience made all the difference. Maria and Camilla arranged transportation for us throughout our stay, gave us amazing local restaurant and experiences to enjoy which made the difference in us being able to have an authentic Italian vacation. If you’re going to Rome, you must stay in this apartment!
