This spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom 1st floor condo has everything you need for your beach getaway. The newly remodeled kitchen has full size stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and new cabinetry. The master bedroom with en-suite bath has a king size bed with recently replaced mattress. And as an added bonus, all new hard surface floors with no carpeting.

While many of the rentals in the area restrict stays to arriving on Saturday and departing on the following Saturday this property offers flexible scheduling. Flexible scheduling means you can arrive and depart any day of the week which is pefrect for those guests taking advantage of the inexpensive flights to our area.

✔ Parking is free. Passes must be displayed in vehicle at all time.
✔ Minor children must be accompanied by parent, guardian, or relative of legal age when using amenities.
✔ Occupancy limit strictly enforced

■■ Guidelines For Renting Property
✔ Primary Renter minimum age 25
✔ Primary Renter must reside during stay
✔ Government Issued ID required to make reservation
✔ Signed rental agreement and credit card on file required before receiving access information
✔ Major credit card must be on file for security deposit hold. There will be a temporay authorization placed
on card 3 days prior to arrival. The hold will automatically release 3 days after departure if there are no
issues or damages.
