This perfect Port A getaway sleeps 9 in this 3/2 condo! Located right by the community swimming pool with two balconies overlooking the marina and the channel. Enjoy the best sunset views on the Gulf Coast and watch the ships pass by in the intercoastal waterway. Tile floors throughout, stainless appliances, large sectional sofa in the living area and a stackable washer/dryer. Walking distance to restaurants, fishing, the beach, and Port A nightlife!

Relax on the covered balcony while watching the dolphins right off the pier or the kids at the pool down below!! Rent a golf cart and cruise around the town with ease! The private lighted fishing pier with a fish cleaning station and private marina is perfect for early morning or late-night family fishing!! Bring your boat, rent a slip and keep an eye on it from your balcony!

***IMPORTANT*** This split unit requires 1 outdoor flight of stairs to access the Main Level (no elevators). Must be able to climb stairs (including the spiral staircase to the upper level inside the home)

The Condo is equipped with Cable TV and Smart TV for Streaming own accounts.

On the Main Level this beautiful condo has it all with a fully updated Kitchen, Full Bathroom, Washer/Dryer (detergent not provided), Living Room w/Sleeper Sofa, Dining room and a covered balcony. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for a home cooked meal!

Up the Spiral Staircase to the Second Level is the Master Bedroom with a King size Bed, TV for Streaming and access to the upstairs Balcony.

Bedroom #2 has a King Bed, TV for Streaming and also has access to the upstairs Balcony.

Bedroom #3 has a Twin over Full Bunk Bed and a Full Bathroom.

You also have access to the upper balcony from both King Bedrooms for more spectacular views!!

Whether relaxing on the balcony with a glass of wine watching the sunset and the kids in the pool below, or cruising in town on a Golf Cart at one of the many amazing restaurants, this place is perfect for your Port A family getaway!!! There is no other location on the island like this one where you have your own private pier and can bring your boat!! Tennis Courts on site too for a fun filled family game!

Two Covered Parking Spaces Directly Beneath the Condo along with an overflow parking lot.

We also provide free unlimited Wifi, Hair Dryers, Bathroom Towels, linens, Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash as well as a starter amount of Paper Towels, Toilet Paper, Trash Bags, Detergent, Soap, etc.

Marina with Boat Slip Rentals is $45 per day. Inquire after booking if interested!

Parking- 2 vehicles allowed in the designated carport space. Bay Tree requires parking passes that will be left inside the Condo to use during your stay.
Oversized Vehicle Advisory: Carports at Bay Tree Condominiums feature a two average sized vehicle capacity. For your convenience, if you know your vehicle will not leave adequate room for another vehicle, PLEASE use the OVERFLOW PARKING which surrounds the Bay Tree Office.
