Enjoy wonderful sunsets from the terrace overlooking the pool and the wide canal! The Villa Sunset has 3 bedrooms (1 king-size bed, 1 queen-size bed, 2 twin-size beds). The master bedroom has an adjoining bathroom with tub and shower, the other two bedrooms share a bathroom with shower.
The large kitchen is equipped with everything a hobby cook could wish for. Thanks to the hatch to the terrace, nothing stands in the way of a relaxed breakfast on the lanai. The large sun terrace with sun loungers invites you to relax. The terrace also has a gas grill and a pool bath with shower. At the end of a long day, you can relax in the family room with TV.
Electricity consumption is charged extra at $ 0.20 per Kwh.

Christmas Vacation

This house is a must for a relaxing family getaway. Our girls spent hours playing and swimming in the pool, and relaxing after dinner watching the sunset on the patio. The house is in the prefect location, easy to get to restaurants, shopping and local beaches. The house had everything we needed for making dinner, snuggling up and watching a movie or playing a competitive game of foosball. We can't wait to return next year.

Amazing canal and sunset

We stayed for 3 months and with any house there will be issues. If we encountered an issue the property management was fantastic at responding. We stayed after hurricane Ian and there was still maintenance going on. The kitchen is fully stocked, you will not need anything if you want to cook. The house is large and two rooms are on one side and the master is on the other. There’s a foosball table in the living-dining room. The bedroom is large and has a walk in closet. It has a bathroom outside for the pool, which is awesome so no one needs to run in the house wet. The patio has great furniture and is set up for dining outside if you want. The pool is wonderful, it has a table built in so you can sit and read or snack while in the pool. The best part is the view. It’s on a larger part of the canal and it’s got fantastic sunsets.

Paradise in Cape Coral!! It was the most beautiful house, pool, location!

We were so very comfortable and so happy here! This house will make you feel loved and blessed. Amazing and very friendly management, easy to contact. It was hard to leave such an incredible place! Book for a week or longer!!!

Great place for us and some of our kids and grandkids. Spent a lot of time in pool. Kitchen was very well equipped. Wish we could’ve stayed longer......
