Private: property 1'500 m2 (fenced), garden with lawn, swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 15.Oct.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, garden furniture, children's playground (swing). In the house: internet access, billiard table, table football, trampoline, washing machine. Roofed, parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 5 km, restaurant 2.5 km, bus stop 500 m, pebble beach 15 km. Nearby attractions: Aquapark 17 km.
