Enjoy your holiday in this cozy end-of-terrace holiday home with approx. 82 m², furnished with a sense of beauty.

On the ground floor there is the spacious living room with a separate dining area and modern fitted kitchen.

From the stylish living room with fireplace you have direct access to the terrace. There is also a toilet on the ground floor.

On the upper floor you will find a bathroom with shower/toilet, a bedroom with two single beds and a bedroom with a double bed, offering enough space for a total of 4 people.

A travel cot and a high chair are available for our little guests.

There is a parking space at the house.

A free internet connection (fiber optic) is available to you.

A shed is available for your bicycles.

It is approx. 80 m to the beach.

Tolle Unterkunft mit einigen Mängeln

Der Aufenthalt war super, jedoch gibt es auch etwas zu bemängeln. So stand im Inserat etwas von 2 Bädern obwohl es nur ein Bad und ein Gäste WC ist, dies wurde mittlerweile geändert. Auch gefiel uns nicht das die Nachbarhäuser vom gleichen Anbieter Fliegengitter hatten und in unserem Objekt kein einziges vorhanden war. Die Terrassenmöbel sowie der Grill könnten auch eine Generalreinigung gebrauchen. Die Kaffeemaschine mussten wir erstmal entkalken damit die Kaffeezubereitung nicht eine Ewigkeit dauert. Für das Geld sollte da schon alles passen. Positiv ist die Nähe zum Strand und den Bäcker vorm Haus sowie Gaststätten in nächster Nähe. Diese Nähe war aber nicht störend zu bemerken.

Wir sind völlig zufrieden. 2 kleine Kritikpunkte gibt es aber. Leider gab es keine Bürste um den Grillrost zu säubern, was mit einem Schwamm schon eine große Sauerei ist. Und das Doppelbett knackte und quietschte bei jeder Bewegung. Ansonsten sind wir sehr zufrieden und kommen gern wieder :)

Schönes Reihenhaus mit zentraler Lage und Nähe zum Strand

Alles super außer, kein Mobilnetz und WLAN im Haus vorhanden. Damit Telekommunikation im Haus so gut wie unmöglich.

Wünschenswert wäre für das Ferienhaus ein Kaminbesteck in irgendeiner Form sowie ein Wechsel der Matratzen im Doppelbett - die sind schon echt sehr sehr weich... Des Weiteren freundliche und schnelle Bearbeitung von Störungen durch das PAS-Team.
