About this property

House TAUN LÜCHTTORM - vacation close to the beach

Enjoy the Baltic Sea air and this lovingly and tastefully furnished house in every season.

The semi-detached holiday home with around 80m² has a spacious living room on the ground floor with a separate dining area and a modern, bright fitted kitchen. From the high-quality living room you have direct access to the south-west terrace with teak wood furniture and a small garden.

A guest toilet is available on the ground floor.

On the upper floor you will find a bathroom with shower/toilet and double sink, two bedrooms with pull-out single beds and a bedroom with a double bed for a total of 6 people.

A travel cot and a high chair, as well as a child safety lock on the stairs on the 1st floor, are available for our little guests.

There are two parking spaces one behind the other at the house.
WiFi is available to you free of charge, but you can log in at the energy box using a QR code.

It is approx. 70 m to the beach.

Wir sind gern auf Insel Poel & kommen immer gerne wieder. :) Lob: super mit frisch bezogenen Betten im Preis enthalten Verbesserungsvorschlag keine Kritik ;) Vielleicht gibt’s die Möglichkeit bei Abreise den Schlüssel in den Briefkasten am jeweiligen Haus zu deponieren, anstatt nochmals ins Büro fahren zu müssen. Die Idee mit der Strandkorb Miete direkt über PAS finden wir toll. Allerdings ist der Preis zu hoch… am Strand direkt gibt es den Strandkorb in Timmendorf Strand für 13€ pro Tag - von PAS angeboten wurde uns 18€ pro Tag… das finde ich zu hoch. Wo man ja auch am An- bzw Abreisetag es nicht wirklich nutzen kann… Das Handtuch Paket pro Person von 20€ finden wir auch zu hoch, für 10€ pro Person würden wir das sofort mit dazu buchen.

Wir haben wieder einen wunderschönen Urlaub auf der Insel Poel verbracht und dazu hat auch das Ferienhaus beigetragen. Es ist liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Sehr positiv ist uns auch die Gestaltung der Außenanlage und des Freisitzes hinter dem Haus aufgefallen. Hier merkt man, dass sich die Besitzer des Hauses kümmern und ein Händchen fürs Detail haben. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und vier Erwachsene und zwei kleine Kinder hatten genug Platz im Haus.

Alles perfekt, tolles Ferienhaus mit super Ausstattung, sehr gemütlich und sehr gut fast unmittelbar am Strand gelegen, trotzdem ruhig. Eine Anleitung für den Kombi-Mikrowellen-Backofen wäre gut, es ging immer nur die Mikrowelle an, aber nicht der Ofen.

Die Einrichtung der Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die tolle bequeme Couch und die massiven Möbel und die Regendusche waren einfach super. In der Küche fehlte uns eine zweite Pfanne, leider ließ sich der Kaffee nicht gut aus der Kanne gießen. Er ist leider immer aus der Kanne rausgeschwappert. Leider waren die Fenster zur Terasse nicht sauber, als abends das schöne Licht reinschien.
