About this property

Beach house Beau Site: Relaxation in a wonderful beach location

Our beautiful Scandinavian beach house "Beau Site 277", which we have lovingly renovated two years ago for you in the country house style and with the installation of a gas heater, keeps its name. Only about 70 meters from the beach, it stands on a dune in the shade of old pine trees. From the gallery upstairs you have a wonderful view through the trees on the Baltic Sea - here you can really relax and enjoy the evenings with a glass of wine, a good book and candlelight.

In every season you are in our house from everyday life off - in the summer at the nearby beach (the water is clean, gently sloping and thus a paradise for children), after a stormy autumn day with a bath in the whirlpool, in winter by the crackling fire or in the hotel sauna to warm up after a beach walk. The special feature: Since 2016, the house has a gas heating, with which they can heat inexpensive and even in the cold season for a "cozy climate" in the house.

On our large wooden terrace you can have breakfast in the summer and listen to the sound of the sea and the chirping of birds. There are also two sun loungers and a beach chair where you can enjoy the sunshine through the pine forest.

The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for cooking. Here you will find a stove with oven and ceramic hob, a Nespresso coffee machine, another coffee machine, a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer, a small selection of spices, a microwave, a waffle iron, a raclette grill and everything else needed for cooking. At the end of 2017, we replaced the hob, oven and dishwasher with new Miele appliances. We hope that you will not miss anything. There is also an electric grill, so you can enjoy a small barbecue. Since the houses in the beach park are in a biosphere reserve, grilling with an open fire is unfortunately not permitted.

The living room we have equipped with a corner sofa, which invites you to relax. So you can lie on the flat screen TV, which is connected to the Internet, so you can also access the media libraries. There is also a DVD player for you. Use of the W-LAN is included in the price. In 2018, we purchased a Bose speaker that allows you to play your own music directly from your smartphone or tablet via Bluetooth in addition to the radio function (six preset stations).

Two comfortable bedrooms - one on the ground floor (one double bed) and one upstairs (two single beds and a cot) - sleep up to four people. In our spa you will find next to sauna, whirlpool and washer dryer a floor-deep shower.

If it comes to bad weather days and you have forgotten games at home, there are a few board games for you. There is also a small selection of books available.

Top Ferienhaus

Schönes kleines Ferienhaus am Ende einer Sackgasse. Super Einrichtung mit allem was man braucht und sehr sauber. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und hätten das Haus, wenn es im Sommer noch verfügbar gewesen wäre, glatt nochmal gebucht :) .Zum Strand braucht man zu Fuß keine Minute und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in der Nähe auch mehr als genug.Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir sind schon mehrfach zu Gast gewesen und fühlen uns immer sehr wohl. Super Haus. Vieles ist in der Grundausstattung vorhanden. Ein kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag: Für kleinere Kinder wäre ein einsteckbarer Rausfallschutz für das Bett sinnvoll.

Ein tolles Haus, es fehlt an nichts. Ankommen und Wohlfühlen. Ruhige Lage, trotzdem zentral. Es gibt sehr viele Möglichkeiten seine Freizeit zu gestalten. Wir waren gern hier und haben uns super erholt.

Ruhe, relaxen direkt am Strand idyllisch im Wald

Das Haus ist absolut zu empfehlen. Wir waren das 2. Mal jetzt hier und es ist immer wieder sehr schön. Im Haus ist alles, was man sich wünscht. Es fehlt an nichts. Nicht mal die Gewürze muss man mitnehmen. Leider funktionierte in diesem Jahr die Fussbodenheizung nicht. Was nicht so ganz schlimm war, denn es gibt auch einen Kaminofen und das hat vollkommen gereicht. Sauna und Wirlpool sind auch vorhanden. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Tolles Ferienhaus in super Lage für Fahrradtouren

Das Ferienhaus hält was es verspricht. Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden, vom Spüli über Eiswürfelbeutel bis zu den Spülmaschinentabs. Es wurde an alles gedacht. Auch der Check in und Check out sind sehr einfach gestaltet. Das Haus des Gastes befindet sich in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Die Lage dieses Ferienhauses am Ende des Dünenweges ist hervorragend ruhig, allerdings waren wir froh, dass wir Fahrräder dabei hatten.

Sehr Entspannend

Schon beim betreten des Hauses begann der Urlaub. Alle offenen Fragen konnte die Hausbroschüre sofort beantworten. Die Einrichtung war sehr Hochwertig und top in Schuss alles da was man für einen Gemütlichen Urlaub Braucht.( und noch mehr) Die Lage ist fast am Ende der Ferienhaus Siedlung, was aber keineswegs schlimm ist die Paar Meter lassen sich super durch die Siedlung bzw. der Promenade laufen. Sehr zu empfehlen die kleine "Lese Ecke" im OG mit Blick auf die Ostsee gerade bei schlechtem Wetter ein Ort zu verweilen. Auch unsere Kinder hatten viel Spaß. auch gerade durch die ruhige und kaum Befahrenen Straße super für Roller und Laufrad. Wir kommen gern wieder.
