The property is ideally located for both the conveniences of Estes Park and RMNP while being quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed seeing deer come to graze around the property. The four bedrooms were equipped with very comfortable beds and extra pillows. Bathrooms were all clean and well supplied. The deck was big with a lovely view of the mountains. The lower level is very spacious and good for larger groups (we were only four in our party). The reclining furniture in the living room and downstairs family room was heavenly after a long day spent outdoors. There were a few small things that were missing (screen on the sliding door to deck, scissors, can opener, microwave cover), but they did not spoil our enjoyment of the place. All in all, an excellent value. Also, Michelle from Casago was very responsive which we really appreciated.
Very spacious for six people. The walkout basement is really nice. It was unseasonably hot this week so we missed a/c a bit, but it cooled off during the night. We made several meals in the kitchen and it worked great for us. We loved seeing mule deer from the deck— does, fawns and young bucks. It is in a great location, just minutes from downtown but on the corner in a quiet neighborhood. We drove to RMNP several times too and it wasn’t too far, a pretty drive. We appreciated the garage. The mattresses were pretty firm and we aren’t used to that but otherwise it was a very relaxing place to stay.
The house was beautiful! Very comfortable for our family of six. Great selection of kitchen appliances/utensil to use. Fun games to play. Stunning mountain view from the deck. Our last morning we woke up to two elk grazing in the front yard. That was the cherry on top of a great experience. Thank you so much.
