Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No bonfires/ No smoking on property (inside or outside) (Burn ban typically in effect) Charcoal use only outdoor grill. No Wood. Don’t use when windy
Do not store trash outside or prop doors open-will attract outdoor critters and damage HVAC. Stay on Stargazer property. Cabins are privately owned.
No RVs or campers of any kind. Violation of community HOA, grounds for immediate eviction, no refund and tow at guest expense. No pets on furniture.
