Fabulous villa "Can Seguinot" with mountain views

The impressive house "Can Seguinot", located in a leafy rural area between Pollença and Port de Pollença, offers everything you need for a wonderful holiday between the mountains and the sea. In its 450 m² it consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 4 bedrooms (2 with 2 single beds each, 1 with a superior double bed and another with 1 standard double bed), 4 bathrooms (3 of them en suite) and an additional toilet, so it has capacity for 8 people. In addition, two of the bathrooms are solar-powered.



Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning in all rooms except the living room, a fireplace, a PlayStation, a cot, and a high chair. The second-floor balcony is the perfect place for morning coffee, as you can enjoy panoramic views of the Sierra de Tramuntana, and the large private outdoor area will impress you with a garden next to a spacious open and covered terrace, where you can spend the mild afternoons with homemade dinners from the stone barbecue. You can swim in the pool, sunbathe on the comfortable hammocks by the palm trees, or play table tennis in the shade.



In addition, if you are fan of cycling, you have a large garage to safely store your bicycles, with all the tools you may need. In turn, they have gym equipment such as mats, a weight training bar with different weights, resistance elastics, and TRX.



The nearest supermarket is 5 minutes away by car (4.4 km), while the town of Pollença is a 7-minute drive away (6.2 km). Port de Pollença is a 7-minute drive (3.6 km) from the villa and is the ideal place to spend a day at the beach or explore the many restaurants and cafes next to the beach and the port. Cala Sant Vicente and Formentor are very close to enjoy its crystal clear waters. The center of the vibrant capital of Mallorca, Palma, and its airport await your visit at a 44-minute drive (58 km).

Can Seguinot

The property is spacious and well equipped. The pool and garden are lovely as is the shaded outdoor seating area. The location is good as it is a short drive to Pollensa or Puerto Pollensa. We enjoyed our stay there very much.

Fabulous week in Mallorca

This is a beautiful traditional villa which is just as described . Really spacious and fully equipped with everything we needed to have a wonderful stay. The pool was warm and spotlessly clean as was the villa. It is about 4km from the port and located in the very quiet countryside. Highly recommend staying here. 5 stars!

Maria Villa Can Seguinot

This villa totally exceeded my expectations. The facilities are excellent, all kitchen equipment etc. The beds decor, sitting rooms lovely and comfortable. The grounds and pool very picturesque and well kept. The host was very helpful and friendly any question we had about the property were dealt with promptly. The location is ideal being between Pollenca and Port de Pollenca. I would most definitely stay here again.

Pros: Pool was great. Villa was big and spacious, fantastic mountain views and ample parking.couple of problems were resolved quickly and efficiently. Cons: No air conditioning on ground floor, wi-fi wasn’t great, exterior sockets were not safe. Nothing owners could do about mosquitoes but outside at night was impossible they were horrendous. Requested a couple of fans to keep us cooler downstairs alas these were provided

Nous avons passé un superbe sejour, tout etait parfaitement conforme à la description et d'une propreté irréprochable ! Une voiture est necessaire pr pouvoir se deplacer car je ne crois pas qu'il y ait de transports à côté, il n y a rien autour à part quelques maisons et les montagnes. L'endroit est très tranquille Sinon, à louer les yeux fermés Merci !!

Well positioned spacious family house with large grounds and large pool

Successful family holiday - parents and 3 children, 20-25 yrs old, with partners. Enough space inside and out and a sunlounger for everyone. Traditional Mallorcan interior but we only used the kitchen and bedrooms/bathrooms indoors due to good weather. Well equipped. Easy cycle to Pollensa and P. de Pollensa and good bike storage. The only suggestions would be to replace the plastic shower curtains with glass panels which would appeal to British renters, improve security by fitting a safe, plus fit a tennis court in the grounds!! We would rent again
