Apartment for 2–6 people, 2 bedrooms, right in the heart of the ski area at 1,700 metres above sea level—directly on the slopes!

Staudi’s ski lodges are located in the beautiful chalet village of Silberleiten in Hochkrimml, right on the ski trail. Strap on your skis right in front of the house and head to the ski lift just 150 metres away, which takes you on your ski tour throughout the entire Zillertal Arena. Our building features 11 cosy, chalet-style apartments for up to 4 adults and 2 children, each with 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, new bathrooms with walk-in showers, a hair dryer, and a toilet, cable TV, internet access (free Wi-Fi), a cosy wood-burning stove, and a balcony or terrace with a fantastic view of the snow-covered mountains of the Hohe Tauern.

Each apartment has one designated parking space available in our underground garage (located directly in the building). Additional spaces available upon request.

Our boot dryers, located in the ski cellar where you can store your gear, are also very convenient.

WINTER:

The Zillertal Arena, a family-friendly ski resort, is right on your doorstep. The largest snow and fun arena in the Zillertal awaits you! 139 kilometres of slopes, 51 state-of-the-art cable cars and lifts, 283 hectares of snow-covered and therefore snow-guaranteed slopes, a children’s paradise (9 ski and snowboard schools), and a snow park with halfpipes invite you to enjoy skiing and snowboarding. Numerous cosy huts and snow bars await you right on the slopes.

The lifts are about 150 metres from the house and easily accessible on foot. Four permanent race courses invite you to test your skills against the pros.

For your kids and beginners, the Gerlosplatte Ski School is right nearby at the Plattenalm lift. (150 m)

Enjoy yourself off the ski slopes—a 12-km-long cross-country ski trail (loop) is located right near the house. The Filzsteinalm—a natural toboggan run—offers floodlit tobogganing fun for the whole family, or experience winter on a romantic horse-drawn sleigh ride through the snow-covered winter landscape. Alternatively, a two-day snowshoe hike is a great option.

Highlights: KRISTALLBAD Wald im Pinzgau (distance approx. 8 km) At the Kristallbad, you can really let loose in over 300 m² of water. A giant slide, whirlpool, massage jets, and an outdoor pool that offers water heated to 30 degrees in winter. Adults can enjoy a sauna area with 3 saunas, a brine steam bath, and a lovely relaxation area.

The Hochkrimml holiday region truly showcases its charms through hiking, mountain biking, and many other activities. Experience an unforgettable mountain summer in the Zillertalarena.

Your holiday rental is located in the heart of a diverse hiking area. You can start your hiking or mountain biking tour right from your front door. The Hohe Tauern National Park and the Zillertalarena are a true hiker’s paradise in the summer. The network of hiking trails spans no less than 400 km.

In the immediate vicinity, on the beautiful Durlachboden reservoir, you’ll find the Finkau restaurant—a popular destination for day trips—featuring a petting zoo and playground for the kids, as well as the scenic gorge trail leading to the Trisslalm / Zittauer Hütte.

The Gletscherblickalm, a 30-minute walk away, invites you to linger with homemade alpine cheese and snacks while enjoying a magnificent panoramic view.

The cheese dairy, including the cheese cellar, is also open for tours.

The world-famous KRIMML WATERFALLS offer a unique natural spectacle. With a drop of 380 metres, they are the fifth-highest waterfalls in the world and the largest in Europe.
