Regarding the later check-in, this was due to a scheduled deep cleaning to ensure the home was fully prepared and sanitized for your arrival. We always prioritize cleanliness and quality for each guest.
Concerning the backyard, severe thunderstorm weather the day prior prevented our cleaners from safely completing the yard work before your check-in. This was communicated, and the backyard was cleaned promptly the following morning without issue once conditions allowed.
I also appreciate you mentioning the privacy concerns. Since your stay, we have taken steps to address this by adding additional curtains to improve guest comfort and privacy. As for neighboring noise, while this is unfortunately outside of our direct control, we continue to monitor the situation and prioritize providing a comfortable environment for our guests.
