Mount 7 View - Pet Friendly DT Mountain View Condo

This central located 1-bed new condo located in downtown Golden amplifies the mountain lifestyle. Take in the mountain while enjoying your morning coffee from the on-site coffee shop. Whether you are looking for a winter gateway, a new summer adventure or looking for a place to lay your head, Golden has you covered. From Kicking Horse Mountain Resort to the Golden Skybridge, from the 6 National Parks on your doorstep, to the incredible local hidden gems - you will wish you stayed longer!

Mount 7 View is a comfortable 1 bedroom 1 bathroom condo on the top floor of the OSO building in the heart of downtown Golden. The condo is set up to accommodate up to 4 guests.

NOTE: the second bed can be found in the large chest under the TV - instructions for use are in the in-suite brochure. Linens can be found in the bottom drawer and duvet in the bedroom closet.

Please note: the A/C is central and controlled by a building management system. This means it cannot be adjusted in the condo. While the system is maintained at 19 degrees C, the condo has large windows and may heat up depending on hours of sunshine, particularly on the warmest of summer days. We recommend using the fans provided and keeping window coverings and windows closed while the sun is above the mountains. Opening windows in the evening and overnight can assist with overnight cooling.
In Winter months the heat can be adjusted using thermostats on the wall and turning on the in floor heat in the bathroom.

With the exception of a locked closet the whole space is available to our guests throughout their stay.
We have a locked storage at the back of our allocated parking space (#402) . Please feel free to utilize this during your stay for your sports equipment - you will find the key in the suite. Please return the key to the suite on check out. There is a $250 fee for lost keys.

I do not live on site, but live locally. I can be contacted via the messaging service or by phone in case of emergency.

The condo offers comfortable accommodation for 2 guests and cozy accommodations for 4.
No smoking of any kind indoors. No sports equipment indoors.
Please keep pets off furniture and beds. Clean up after your pet.

Lovely place near Golden’s charming community square and lively restaurants. The washer and dryer were welcome after a few days of camping. I would recommend 😎

The apartment was in excellent condition. Enjoyed the location, close to everything! Riverwalk was beautiful. As a suggestion, maybe a TV and dresser in the bedroom. Also, it was difficult to get the heat down at night. Other than that, it was a great place to stay!

Sweet mountain getaway …

The location is stellar. Incredibly central with the Whitetooth Brewery next door and the coffee shop, Ethos steps away. The Kicking Horse River and the trails are on your doorstep so to speak. This unit is literally brand new and spotless. It is tastefully decorated, well appointed and so very bright and airy. You’ll love the views of Mount Seven from couch! The units information guide is wonderfully laid out and should answer any questions you may have, but Erica, the property manager was very attentive and prompt in her communications should you have any questions or concerns. Enjoy this wee Golden gem!
