Nestled between the ever-popular Crystal Beach and Miramar Beach on Old Scenic 98, this beautifully updated 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and beachside charm—ideal for couples or small families looking to unwind by the Gulf.

Inside, you'll find an inviting open layout with vaulted ceilings and plenty of natural light. The bedroom features a king bed with a brand-new mattress and a smart TV for relaxing evenings. The living area includes two leather sofas, one of which is a queen sleeper, plus a smart TV for movie nights after a day at the beach.

The fully stocked kitchen makes dining in easy, while the private washer and dryer add extra convenience for longer stays. Step out onto the private balcony, accessible from both the living room and bedroom, and enjoy a peek-a-boo view of the Gulf—perfect for morning coffee or sunset relaxation.

The property is extremely clean and in a safe neighborhood. I thought it was a studio and was pleasantly surprised that it was a one bedroom. I just thought it was going to be beachfront.. which to me means you open the door and walk on the beach. It was a 5 min walk across the street so it wasn’t bad at all. I would 100% stay here again. Check in easy..just go in to the unit with door code! One suggestion, it would have been nice to have a hair dryer in the unit. Don't hesitate to book your stay here.

This was the perfect spot for a vacation. It is right by the beach. Very short walk. There are lots of restaurants within walking distance. The pool and the pickleball courts were nice. I will definitely stay again on my next trip to Destin!

Great last minutes find in Rosemary Beach! Very clean and well appointed condo directly across the street from private beach access. We loved the private patio and easy check in process but the 2 chairs & umbrella daily made this the best place to stay in Destin!

Perfect little getaway

We stayed here recently for a long weekend. The condo was perfect for us and our two young children. The whole time I kept commenting on how CLEAN it was! Not a speck of dirt anywhere and the oven looked like it had never been used. The entire property was so quiet and the proximity to the beach couldn’t be beat. We plan to return and for a longer stay!

While the outside appearance of the buildings are very unassuming compared to some of the other surrounding properties, our unit was beautifully furnished/decorated. It was very comfortable and perfect for our needs. Felt like home! Easy access to beach, the included beach service was wonderful and the pool was nice and never crowded. We enjoyed our stay very much!

We really enjoyed our stay. One of the cleanest places I’ve ever rented. Short walk to the beach. We had everything we needed, except a pizza cutter but we easily made due. Will definitely rent again.

Great location by the beach

This property is very across the street from the beach with a private entrance. The complex was quiet and good for relaxing between beach visits. The expected cleaning procedure from the guest is a bit over the top in my opinion, considering the overall price and the expectation that they clean it anyway. Additionally, they charged me extra to fulfill my request to check in early, even though the unit was ready. Not a huge deal, but just not the most hospitable. Overall, I would stay here again.

Everything went smoothly, and the unit was as pictured. The Wi-Fi instructions were incorrect, and the internet had been down and had to be reset, but they're online help info made that pretty easy as well. I was able to fix it without much trouble, but someone without Wi-Fi knowledge might have struggled. I would absolutely stay there again.

The condo is beautiful but small. The 2 beds were full size not queens as advertised, but the sheets were for queen size beds. The management did replace them with the correct size sheets 3 days later. We enjoyed the pickle ball courts, the big pool and the beach

Great time and accommodations

We really enjoyed our stay. The property management company did a great job communicating the instructions for the rental, expectations and local attractions. The beach is a very short walk and the crowd on the beach was much better than at larger resorts. While the property management does not provide beach service more information regarding the beach service provider (rates, hours, etc) could be helpful. We brought our own chairs and umbrellas but we might have gone with the beach service had we known more about it. Great stay. Great rental.
