The location, number of BRs and baths, the pergola, and lot are terrific! The house is old and tired with the problems of age with needed m&r. Low grade furniture, matrasses, bed sheets, cutlery, towels. Limited storage and many closets were locked off with old junk stored in closets. The appliances and hvac are renewed and good. The pergola is great, but all the decks are very weathered. Mold in bathrooms. We enjoyed our stay but were disappointed with the condition of the property.
