Gemütliche Wohnung in zentraler Lage

Wir haben uns in der FeWo sehr wohl gefühlt, es ist an "Aussteuer" alles da. Zwei Minuspunkte möchte ich aber trotzdem anmerken: 1. das völlig durchgesessene und durchgelegene Sofa, schade! 2. die Vorhang- bzw. Gardinensituation: dort, wo man es sich abends gemütlich macht oder auch nachts schläft, fehlten sie ganz, an anderen Stellen waren sie abgerissen oder nicht mehr vorhanden. Auch das ist schade, denn es trübt den an sich positiven Eindruck der Wohnung erheblich!! Es ist zu hoffen, dass der Vermieter für diese Mißstände in absehbarer Zeit Abhilfe schafft.
