The Evy Holiday Rental welcomes you to a unique alpine natural landscape. The apartment is located about 7 km south of city centre Innsbruck, halfway between Mutters and Schönberg, both of which are 3 km away. At
you’ll find a spacious two-bedroom apartment furnished with Swiss stone pine wood. A country-style living room is connected to a modern, fully equipped kitchen. There are two double-bed bedrooms, a modern bathroom with an Italian-style shower, and a separate toilet. Wi-Fi and private parking are available, and a flat-screen satellite TV is provided.
Enjoy the peaceful setting on the spacious panoramic terrace
with views of the sunrise over green meadows, the mountains, and an idyllic stream.
A bus stop (Line 4140) is located 200 metres away and offers direct connections to city centre Innsbruck.
The city centre, with its many restaurants, is just a 12-minute bus ride away. The Innsbruck Süd highway exit is less than 5 minutes away by car, and the Golden Roof is less than 10 minutes away. The best way to explore the mountainous surroundings is on a scenic hike or bike ride. In winter, you can reach the surrounding ski areas—such as Mutteralm, Axamerlizum, or the Stubai Valley—in 10–20 minutes.
