This is overall an appealing house in an appealing area. A nice front porch, a comfortable area in the back outdoors, and comfortable beds are among the pluses. The parking is easy as well.With a couple of small improvements, it would be close to perfect, and I've already flagged those for the owner.

Growing up in the area, I spent time playing in Walnut Hill park across the street. The splash pad and fountain are my favorite features.
