Beautiful 5-room apartment on the ground floor, wonderful view on the lake. Spacious living room with exit to the garden, with free view. Television, WLAN. Large well-equipped kitchen, open to the living room. Separate toilet. Master bedroom. Bathroom with bathtub/shower/washbasin and toilet. Room with 2 single beds. Double bedroom with bath/shower/WC and washbasin. An interior door leads to a small living room and a bedroom with two fold-away beds. Bath/shower/toilet/washbasin. Laundry room and sauna shared. One parking space in the garage and one outside. Pets are not allowed.

HOUSE DESCRIPTION

The Chesa Sur Sass in Surlej is a building in the Engadine style. This house is located at the beginning of the village. The Corvatsch cable car can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. In front of the house there are hiking trails and cross-country skiing tracks. In winter the sport bus runs every 30 minutes in all directions. The local bus stops a few metres in front of the house and leaves every 20 minutes to Silvaplana to the Corvatsch cable car. Grocery store in Silvaplana (about 700 m).
