Close to Waterville, Belgrade, Augusta, Colby College. 2 miles from Camp Matoaka, Manitou, Somerset Camp, Pine Tree Camp, Bear Spring Camps.

Pillows, sheets, and blankets. Please return pillows and blanket back to bags once stay is complete. Please put dirty sheets in bathroom hamper.

There are 5 bottles of wine in the units. If used or opened an additional $24 charge will be added to your bill.
In the bedroom closet there are blue bags that hold pillows , and bedding for the couch beds .

Never touch mode button as that shuts off heat

Reminder: Radiant heat takes a few hours to heat up or cool down . If you are hot open a window or turn on a fan as the units take some time to cool down

We had a great weekend stay at this newly built place in Smithfield while attending a swim event with my son at Colby College, which was just a short, easy drive away. Everything was clean and cozy, and the place had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was helpful and highly responsive and recommended a local fishing spot on one of the three lakes right around the property which was very close and a nice way to spend down time. Overall, a solid choice!
