Everything was just as pictured! Very nice and clean. There is a service that will pick your party up to go downtown for only 5 a person, so it didn’t even feel like we were 4 miles from downtown! I was sent all the information I needed to access the property and everything worked seamlessly. The hot tub was amazing after the drive there and after a day on Broadway. Beautiful view of downtown from the rooftop. Plenty of extra pillows and blankets. Bring your own hairdryer! But honestly, I think that is the only thing that we needed that wasn’t provided. We were a bit loud and received no complaints, so that was also a plus! When I go back to Nashville I will definitely check King Rentals for openings. The price was so affordable that a couple of my friends thought it might be a scam, but it wasn’t, it was perfect for us. Plan on getting a good workout because there are tons of stairs! lol
