From the moment you arrive, the setting feels peaceful and expansive, surrounded by open yard space, wooded privacy, and the gentle, ever-present sounds of Dolloff Brook. Just steps from the home, a small waterfall spills into a tranquil pond that feeds directly into Lake Wicwas, creating a rare backyard oasis where kayaking, wildlife watching, and quiet outdoor moments unfold naturally.

Despite its secluded feel, the location couldn’t be more convenient. Set just off Route 104, the home offers easy access to the Lakes Region, with downtown Meredith and I-93 both just seven minutes away. You’ll enjoy the freedom to explore restaurants, shops, lakes, and attractions by day, then return to a setting that feels a world apart—quiet, private, and deeply calming.

Inside, the home opens with warm hardwood floors and a welcoming layout designed for both gathering and relaxation. The main living spaces flow easily from one room to the next, making it just as comfortable for lively family game nights as it is for quiet evenings spent unwinding together. Fireplaces in the home are decorative only. The kitchen is thoughtfully equipped with stainless steel appliances and connects seamlessly to the living areas, while a formal dining room provides a dedicated space for shared meals and long conversations. A bonus sitting room offers a peaceful retreat of its own and leads to a charming three-season porch—an ideal spot for morning coffee or unwinding as the light fades at the end of the day. A convenient half bath completes the main level.

Upstairs, three generously sized bedrooms provide calm, comfortable spaces to rest and recharge, accompanied by a full bathroom that serves the upper floor. Each room feels intentionally designed for comfort, offering a quiet place to retreat after full days of exploring or relaxing outdoors.

The outdoor space is just as inviting as the interior. With expansive yard areas, wooded surroundings, and the soothing presence of the brook, the property encourages you to spend time outside—whether it’s enjoying the stillness, watching wildlife, or carrying kayaks across the street and under the bridge for direct access to Lake Wicwas during the summer months. Parking is easy with a large driveway space accommodating up to six vehicles. The garage is not available for guest access.

This is a dog-friendly home, and we love hosting well-behaved pups! To keep the space comfortable for all guests, only 2 dogs are permitted (no cats or other pets).

Please let us know in advance if you’ll be bringing a dog, and be sure to add them to the reservation, as the pet fee applies per dog. Any additional dogs must be approved in advance.
