Welcome to our holiday rental, Im Sonneneck.

Our modern, approximately 61-square-meter holiday rental with a balcony is located in an absolutely quiet setting, yet centrally in the royal seat of Schleusingen.

Situated in an apartment complex with 6 units right on the edge of the forest and along the well-known Dollmar hiking trail, our apartment offers the perfect setting for a relaxing stay. Start your day with breakfast on the balcony. The sun will shine here until the afternoon.
All rooms are accessible from the entryway. The bedroom, featuring a double bed, is very quiet and faces the edge of the forest. A flat-screen TV is also available in the bedroom.
All windows are equipped with roller shades for privacy.
Opposite the bedroom, you’ll find our walk-in closet.
You’ll immediately feel at home in our light-filled, open living area with an open-concept kitchen. You can also access the balcony from this room.
The living area features a cosy sleeper sofa that sleeps up to 2 people—ideal for children.
The bathroom, located next to the bedroom, features a corner bathtub, a sink, and a washing machine.

Bed linens and towels are included. Free change of linens every 7 days.

Bertholdsburg is about a 5-minute walk away. Bakeries, supermarkets, restaurants, and cafes are also nearby.
The Franconian town of Coburg is about a 30-minute drive away.
The state capital, Erfurt, is a 45-minute drive away.

A private carport is available for parking. Access is via “An der Himmelsleiter.”
Check-in is contactless via a key safe.
You’ll receive the access information by email shortly before arrival.

Additional free parking spaces are available directly on the residential street.
