The room was perfect location in downtown NYC! The apartment could have been cleaner, there was dust on most surfaces, it is definitely an older building with some wear and tear throughout but for the price, I think it was overall a good. We had everything we needed inside to cook and clean and all blankets, pillows, towels. The bed was comfortable and two refrigerators available.
