Finca Las Tortugas is a comfortable stone farmhouse located near Santa Margalida in northern Mallorca. In front of the house lies the unspoiled landscape of the Montblanc region, with unobstructed views stretching as far as Maria and Ariany. A garden of approximately 1,000 square metres has been landscaped around the house and the pool. There is a large covered terrace overlooking the pool and the open plain beyond. There is also a charming patio, ideal for breakfast in the winter or a barbecue in the summer. Las Tortugas is very tastefully decorated, with natural tones and comfortable furniture dominating the interior. On the ground floor of the finca is the large living/dining room with a spacious sofa set in front of the fireplace, satellite TV, and a DVD player. The adjacent dining area seats 8 people. The finca’s kitchen features a large semicircular window overlooking the natural surroundings. There is also a dining table here. The kitchen is very well equipped with an induction stove, a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, and a microwave. Next to the living room is a small office that can be closed off with a sliding glass door—ideal for anyone who needs to work while on holiday. The ground floor also features a guest bathroom and a bedroom with an en suite bathroom. On the ground floor are three additional large bedrooms, one of which has an en suite bathroom. All rooms offer a stunning view of the natural surroundings. Below the terrace lies the beautiful outdoor pool, where you can relax on the sun loungers. The garden is landscaped in a style typical of the region. The finca is located in an area with many tortoises, which is why the house is named Las Tortugas. You might spot some of these friendly residents in the finca’s garden. The finca has its own electric vehicle charging station.
