Very clean and modern apartment in Berlin. The tram and subway stations were a short walk away and the neighborhood was very calm and quiet. Accessing the apartment was super easy with the app and Matteo was readily available for any questions which came up.

Nicely appointed space. All the appliances appeared to be fairly new and worked well. The furniture was comfortable, as were the beds. There was paid parking available right out front on the street and public transportation was convenient. We found several good restaurants nearby and a grocery store as well.

Great stay in a quiet neighborhood

We loved this property! Hosts were easy to communicate with and they made sure we had everything we needed. The apartment was well-appointed, clean, comfortable, and the showers were wonderful! The neighborhood was very quiet, many restaurant options close by, public transit and grocery within easy walking distance.

We loved all the room we had, the grocery nearby and the tram stop was a 7-8 minute walk away. The apartment was exactly how it was photographed and described. I would definitely recommend anyone who wants to stay in Berlin like a Berliner.

A very happy place indeed

This apartment was great for our 2 weeks in Berlin. It was just a 5-minute to subway or tram lines with very convenient connections to take us anywhere in Berlin. The building and the neighborhood were quiet, the beds were comfortable, and everything in the apartment worked well.

Wonderful place to stay in Berlin!

Tim and Matteo are wonderful hosts. The apartment was extremely clean and well kept. It was close to both a tram and U-Bahn stop making travel around the city a breeze. The apartment was comfortable and nice home-way-from-home with all the amenities one could need. Thank you Tim and Matteo! Will definitely stay here again when in Berlin!!

Great place in Moabit, Berlin!

The place was perfect! Exactly as advertised but much roomier than the pictures depict and the appliances and furniture even better condition. Very close to grocery stores (literally a block away) and tram/U bahn train stations. Great neighborhood with several restaurants very close by! The hosts were very communicative and helpful. We would definitely stay again!

Convenient and Comfortable

We were met by our host to gain entry into the spacious and very clean apartment, decorated in a modern, minimalist style. It had all that we needed and is located near the subway (U-ban) and tram line. Several fine restaurants nearby. Quiet neighborhood.

Great place to stay in Berlin!

This lovely apartment is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, making it a great place to relax after a day of touring Berlin. Tim, our host, met us at check-in and explained everything to us. He was responsive to our later questions. The location was great with easy access to grocery stores, restaurants, and other shops. Would definitely stay again.

Well Located

Great public transport access in a quiet residential area. Excellent Food Hall nearby and other bars and restaurants. Heads Up... Berlin shops, including most supermarkets close on Sunday. Hosts are excellent communicators. We had a great week.

Excellent Location

There is a tram stop just a few blocks away from the apartment, and we easily got anywhere we wanted to go in the city by starting off on the tram. The apartment was very tastefully decorated and had plenty of amenities such as washing machine tablets. The washer and dryer were a huge help!Just a suggestion-some hooks for towels in the bathroom and a shelf in the shower would have been appreciated.

The apartment generally matches the listing, but there are several things prospective guests should know before booking.It is a ground-floor apartment, and we did not feel comfortable leaving the windows open, especially during very hot days. Storage is extremely limited: there are no closets and very few places to hang or store things, not even proper towel holders. The neighborhood is residential but quite noisy, particularly on weekends. It is also far from the main sightseeing attractions, so other areas may be much better suited for tourists.The bedrooms are very small, with essentially no space beyond the beds. Overall, we found the apartment less comfortable than what we are accustomed to and ultimately decided to leave early and stay in a hotel instead.We also had a very disappointing issue with a lamp. The lamp was already broken when we arrived. Despite repeated attempts to explain this to the owners, they insisted that we had damaged it and charged us 105. We even offered to split the cost to resolve the matter amicably, despite not believing we were responsible. They refused and insisted on the full charge. The amount seemed particularly unreasonable for what appeared to be an inexpensive lamp.Overall, this may be suitable for younger couples who prioritize location and comfort less. However, based on our experience, we would not recommend it to travelers looking for a higher level of comfort or those primarily visiting for sightseeing.

Comfortable Apartment, great location

I stayed in this apartment with a couple from the United States. It was extremely comfortable and well equiped, tastefully decorated and very clean. The beds were very comfortable. Everything we needed was in the apartment. It is very well located with a small grocery shop near by, the U bahn a short walk and a few restaurants within easy distance. I would stay in this flat and location again.

Great place, great location

I highly recommend this place. It is comfortable, with everything we needed. The neighbourhood is quiet and interesting, and central to everything in Dublin we wanted to see. Our property manager was extremely helpful and responsive. We weren't sure of how to use the electronic entry, but the manager made sure to be there to greet us when we arrived to let us in. We would stay again.

Cozy Apartment

Tim is a wonderful host. He communicates all the details well ahead of time. He met us at the apartment to make sure we knew all the scoop. Apartment is lovely. Shower is fantastic. Beds are very comfortable. Just like being at home. Very close to tram and underground. Very lovely neighborhood restaurant Sugar Tapas just a short block down the street.
